MOSCOW. Nov. 14, (AP)--Eight Russians in the board of indictment published by Krylindo, public prosecutor of Russia, are accused of negotiating with Poincare and Briand of France for a military attack on the Soviet Union.
The charge consists of a long list of accusations naming Ramsin, Calimmikov, Laritchi Harnovsky, Fedotov, Kuprinov, Oshkin and Sitnin, all members of the Industrial Party, a counter-revolutionary organization accused of participation in anti-Soviet activities.
The indictment charged that the men had maintained contact with French headquarters and received and executed orders and gave information regarding the military forces of the Soviet.
