Yesterday died at Bushy Park, George Montagu Dunk, Earl of Halifax, Viscount Sunbury, Secretary of State for the Northern Department, Ranger and Warden of Salisbury Forest & Bushy Park, Lord Lieutenant and Custos Rotulorum of Northamptonshire, a Governor of the Charter House, and ranked as Lieutenant-General of the Army.

In consequence of the above event, several important changes will immediately take place. Lord Suffolk will certainly succeed to the Place of the Northern Department, as the Duke of Grafton will to the Privy Seal.---Lord Weymouth declines every offer. The Law Changes are not yet settled.
