London, Sept. 1. A private Letter by the last Mail from Vienna says, 'tis affirmed there that the Grand Vizier has been deposed, and that the Porte has appointed the Basha of Bosnia to succeed him; that the Trenches before Widdin were opened the 4th ult. and the Turks make frequent Sallies on the Besiegers, commanded by the Count de Khevenhuller, but without Success; that Prince Charles of Lorrain is marched to reinforce the Count with 8 Battalions, and a Part of the Artillery: That a violent Hurricane lately happened at Belgrade, by which a Barge laden with 36,000 Grenadoes for the Grand Army, had the Misfortune to be cast away.
