Little Rock. John W. Shackleford, a well-known attorney of this city, filed a sensational suit in the Pulaski Chancery Court attacking the construction of the $500,000 Pulaski County Courthouse annex. The petition asks for a restraining order against the issuance of warrants to Contractor A. C. Campbell of Oklahoma City. County Judge Joe Asher, Courthouse Commissioner Gordon N. Peay and Architect Geo. R. Mann are also made defendants in the suit.
