CHURCH NEWS

Tours of First Institutional Baptist Church were conducted Sunday, Sept. 16 by Messrs. S. C. Boyer, chairman of the trustee board and J. S. Jones, chairman of the building committee.

Many gifts were received including windows, pews, and plumbing fixtures.

Rev. A.G. Kendrick delivered two inspiring sermons, for his first appearance since attending the national convention in Chicago.

Revs. Theodore Edwards, W. E. Youngblood and Thomas Devine gave excellent messages while he was absent.
