Later news at hand.--The Steamboat Virginia, which arrived last night from Norfolk, passed in Hampton Roads, the Ship Polly Ho, in 36 days from Liverpool. She brings news about five days later than the Birmingham, which we hope to get in time to present to our readers on Monday morning. P. S. We have seen a gentleman who came passenger in the Polly Ho, and learn from him that she sailed on the 13th. The weather was wet at the time of sailing, and had been for a day or two: but 10 days previous fine weather had enabled the farmers to get the crop in, which was considered an average one. There was no news from the seat of war.
