The Auditor General has appointed the South Haven Sentinel as the organ in which the tax list is to be published, this year. This imposes upon that journal the duty of doing the heavy and gratuitous work of the campaign. Now, what we, and what Republicans want to know is, whether that sheet proposes to support all the candidates heartily, or whether, as it has threatened, it proposes to bolt if Mr. Burrows shall be nominated? as appears quite probable at this writing, he being the second choice of the people. An emphatic and unequivocal answer is desired by the people.
