Wants Boys Saved From Silly Girls

A society ought to be formed for the protection of our boys from silly girls.

The silly girl is the girl of sweet sixteen. She never gets beyond that age.

"She is the clinging vine type, and will cling to any man around."

ANN ARBOR, Mich., July 28.—"One of the most potent factors for ill in the future race lies in the silly girls," declared Dean Victor C. Vaughan of the University of Michigan Medical school in a lecture
