FRENCH Diplomacy.--In our last we copied from the Boston Palladium, a note addressed by Mr. Genet to our government, and this day republish the celebrated communications of the present French minister, Mons. Turreau. It is to be hoped that the candid reader will compare these documents, (which we have republished verbatim, without the omission of one word), with Mr. Jackson's correspondence, and if he does not find more insult in one line; and in different lines. than is to be found in all the letters of Mr. Jackson, then we do not understand the meaning of words: The most insolent passages are marked in Italics. After pronouncing the trade to St. Domingo (which produced these communications) ignoble and criminal Mons. Turreau uses an ironical sneer at the pretensions
