The Procession was made from the College-Green in the morning, and passed through Robinson-street and along Broadway to St. Paul's Church, in the following order.

Judges of the Supreme Court

Regents of the University,
Chancellor of the State,
Governor of the State,
On arriving at the Church, the Business of the day was opened with Prayers by the President: after which Orations were delivered by the Candidates for the Degree of Bachelor of Arts, in the following order.
IN THE MORNING.
1. The Salutatory Oration in Latin, by Philip Myer, of New-York, "De Religion."
2. Abraham Varick, jun. of New-York "on Ambition."
3. James Manley, of New-York, "on History."
4. Samuel Riker, of Queen's County, (L. I.) "on Biography."
5. Thornton Macanes, of New-York, "on the Fair Sex."
6. Jacob Livingston, of Columbia County, "on the Increase of Knowledge in the United States of America."
7. Alexander Murray, of Orange County. on Government."
8. John V. Varick, of New-York, "on the Passions."
9. Stephen Price, of New-York, "on Patriotism."
IN THE AFTERNOON,
1. In the afternoon, Arthur Stanbury, of New-York, delivered the Salutatory Oration in English, "on the Study of Nature."
2. Peter D. Froeligh, of New-Jersey, "on Philanthropy."
3. Jacob Schoonmaker, of New-Jersey, "on Imprisonment for debt"
4. John Christie, of New-Jersey, "on National Peace."
5. Peter Van Pelt., of King's County "on Luxury."
6. David Wright, of New-York, "on Industry."
7. Arthur M. Walter, of Massachusetts, on Energy of Character."
The Degree of Bachelor of Arts was conferred on James Lynch, Philip Myer, Louis Le Conte, Arthur Stanbury, Abraham Varick, jun. John V. Varick, J. Manley, Jacob Schoonmaker, Arthur M. Walter, Thornton Macanes, Steven Price, Peter Van Pelt, S. Riker, J. Livingston, A. Murray, P. D. Froeligh, J. Christie and D. Wright.
The Degree of Master of Arts was conferred on the Candidates for that honor.
The Valedictory Oration was delivered by James Lynch, of New-York, "on the Progress of Science" After which the business of the day was concluded with prayers by the President.
