NEW-PORT (Rhode-Island) June 13.

The day before Captain Easton sailed, a new Governor arrived at the Mount, from St. Domingo, named Don Gaspar, who ordered all the English masters on shore, and told them they must dispatch their business as soon as possible, as the President at St. Domingo had given orders that there should be no trade carried on there any longer, and that no vessels should be permitted to stay there after the 20th of May. The Governor said, those who had any debts due on shore should be paid: And it was generally thought, that he would order all the English vessels away in 15 or 20 days, whether their business was settled or not.
