$300,000 Appropriation
For Nome Federal Bldg.

General Services Administration has requested a supplementary fund of $300,000 for the building of Nome's new Federal Building, according to Delegate E. L. Bartlett. This information was received by Mayor Steffen Andersen from Bartlett, who advised it looks possible that Congress may approve so that the work on the proposed building may be started this season.
The low bidder on the building is standing by so that it will not be necessary to open the bidding again.
