ANOTHER PROSECUTION.

On complaint of Albert Schippel, Mrs. Agnes Schroff was arrested this afternoon, charged with permitting her house on Vine street to be used as an assignation house on Aug. 15th by Geo. Lattin and Maude Johnson. She pleaded not guilty and the trial was set for Sept. 13th.

The Johnson woman and Lattin changed their plea to the charge of keeping a house of ill fame to guilty late Saturday afternoon and both were fined $15, in default of which they were sent to jail for thirty days.
