The regular meeting of the La Plata Public School Parent-Teacher Association was held in the school on Friday, Nov. 2, 1923. Among the subjects discussed at the meeting was lunches, and how to serve. Talks on this subject being given by Mrs. F. B. Gwynn, Mrs. W. M. Albritton and Mrs. H. Q. Burr. The erection of a flag pole for the school grounds was also discussed. The Association decided to hold its annual oyster supper this year on Tuesday, Nov. 27th.
