DUBLIN, March 23.

On the intended motions of Mr. Grattan and Mr. Yelverton, the one for a repeal or modification of Poyning's law, the other for a declaration of rights. As they are to come on early after the recess, the publick will soon see the complexion of the House.

A correspondent congratulates the publick on Mr. Yelverton's intended scheme of moving the House of Commons to vote a sum sufficient to build four frigates of force, to be kept continually on the coast of this kingdom for the defence of our trade and convoying.

If this shall be obtained, the Committee of merchants would do well to fill the vacant niche in the Exchange, with the statue of this Illustrious Patriot.
