An Ohio 4-H advisors' congress, the first of its kind to be held in the state, will be held on the campus of Ohio State University, July 27-29 with registration at Neil hall from 3:00 to 5:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Virginia Bingham will be in charge.
Two delegates from Noble county are eligible to attend. They are Dale Lothes, Jackson township and Mrs. Gladys Steiner, Caldwell route. Other selected alternates have already been appointed.
Guest speakers during the three-day session will include C. M. Ferguson of the state 4-H foundation, who will speak on "The 4-H Foundation" which is sponsoring the first annual congress.
L. L. Rummel, dean of the college of agriculture, Ohio State University will talk on "Our Responsibility." Several panel discussions on local 4-H programs will be conducted along with discussion groups composed of delegates from the various counties.
