A large quantity of goods, consisting of beds, bedding, and female apparel, which was stolen a short time since, from R. Steiner, was found yesterday by officer Driesback. It appears they were stolen by one Wm. Allen, an old offender, who sold a part of them to Edwin Foley, in whose possession they were found.

Allen stated to Foley that his wife was dead, and that he wanted to sell out for the purpose of going South, and finally persuaded Foley to take a part. Allen was committed and Foley discharged.
