The dwelling house situation in Coolidge continues to be a handicap, but we hope to see a building epidemic break out here ere long. Some houses are being built right along, but not near enough to supply the demand. Those that are being built are generally rented by the time the plans are made. People are searching daily here for places to live, but are disappointed. These conditions have existed for some time and demands are growing more numerous. As a dependable real estate investment the situation here offers a great inducement to capital.
