BOSTON, November 13.
From Europe--Direct.

By the ship Lydia from Lymington, arrived here yesterday, we have the following.

FRONTIER NEWS.

From Breda we have accounts to the 9th September, 10,000 French troops were at Ginneken, and 3000 were encamped four miles from the place. The French force now in the Barony of Breda, is said to be 40,000 strong. At the very date of the last accounts, an engagement was taking place before Breda.

Maestricht, Sept. 5.

The French are entrenching themselves about Bilsen. Head quarters of the Austrian army is removed to Herve, in order to keep up the communication with the corps who are stationed from Ruremonde to the Ourthe.

General Clairfayt has refused to act as the successor of the Prince of Cobourg.
