The Radical Rumpus in New York.

It is confessed on all sides that the Radical camp of New York city and State was never before in so thoroughly disorganized a condition on the eve of an important campaign as at the present moment. The two delegations from the city are in the field, armed cap-a-pie, and the leaders are trying to solve the problem of reconciliation. It is stated that the overtures for peace first came from Greeley himself, the principal terms being that either Greeley or Fenton should be put on the Grant ticket for Vice President. The other side then demanded the renomination of Conkling and the appointment of Morgan to a first class mission. Whether the treaty will be concluded, and whether, if concluded, it will "work," is not known.
