Canada Field Peas.

From Chicot county writes Mr. J. W. Moorehouse asking about the use of Canada field peas. He writes. "I have heard and have read about the Canada field-pea-and-would like to know if you know any thing about them and if they would be suitable for this country."

The Canada field peas are a strictly northern pea requiring summers that are very moderate. In my opinion our summers would be entirely too hot and dry for them.
