New York, Aug.31.

The Tribune's special from the army of the Potomac 30th says:

No movements has taken place except among cavalry detachments, one of which, from Kilpatrick's command, chased a few guerrillas yesterday, near Stafford Court House. Results not yet reported.

Lieut. Parker, of Gen. Meade's staff is supposed to have been captured by guerrillas. He left headquarters to visit the 33d Massachusetts, his former regiment, recently, and departed from thence on his return and he has not since been heard from.
