3 Congregations To Unite
Rice Joint Revival Opens Sunday

Revival services will be held all this week at Pisgah Baptist Church, Rice under the sponsorship of the Rice Baptist, Methodist and Presbyterian churches.

Services will begin at 7:45 each evening, April 27 through May 4.

The Rev. F. Marion Dick, of Brookneal, former general evangelist in the Presbyterian Church, U.S., will preach. He was pastor of Central Presbyterian church in Meridian, Miss., executive secretary of Birmingham Presbytery and Brookneal field pastor for eight years before he retired because of cataracts on his eyes.

This year he has conducted services at Hat Creek Church and at Glendale Springs, N.C.

Gospel singing by a large union choir will be a feature of the community-wide evangelistic effort.
