Dec. 13. A Gentleman that took Lodgings at a private House near Leicester Fields by the Name of Dunn, was found hanging by his Garter to a Peg in his Bedchamber. He had the Evening before sent a Chairman to an Acquaintance (who was not to be found) with a Note, in which was wrote Dear Sir, Tho' I have not the Happiness of an Intimacy with you, I hope you will favour me with 5 Guineas 'til next Week, as you were a Witness of my being entirely stript of all I had last Night. Your not complying with this will ruin me for ever, your humble Servant
