HEAVY RAINS RAISE
FOUR TEXAS RIVERS

HOUSTON, Tex., Oct. 18.—The general rains during the past forty-eight hours have caused a general rise in the Trinity, Brazos, Colorado and Guadalupe rivers. The Trinity continues flooded at Trinidad and will rise in the Trinity, Brazos, Colorado during the next twenty-four hours, according to weather reports.

Dr. Bunnemeyer, weather forecaster, predicted the rise of the Brazos in its middle and lower portions and that it probably will get out of its banks where they are low. The Colorado is above flood stage again at Columbus after receding to within banks. The Guadalupe continues flooded at and below Gonzales.
