Top Salesman Of The Year

Millard R. Martin, center, receives a plaque, which is inscribed, "To Millard R. Martin, Salesman of the Year Award; J.T. Bickers Realty Company. This plaque is being presented by J. T. Bickers, President and Lorenzo Benn, vice President, during the annual Christmas Party held at the home of the President. Mr. Martin was also presented a briefcase bearing his initials. He qualifies in two (2) respects: 1st, for having made the highest individual sale of the year which was $75,000.00 and 2nd. for having made the largest amount of sales during the year.
