Creating three new agencies for the department of agriculture, security, loans and public works, President Roosevelt's Plan No. 1 transferring three offices to the White House and three others to for federal government reorganization will go into effect Saturday, June 24. Changes are shown above. with former affiliation of each office parenthesized. Otherwise agency was formerly independent.
