BASIN MEETING

Federated Clubs
Are
Called to Meet at
Thermopolis.

Federated clubs of the Big Horn Basin region, agreeable to announcement made last week in the Tribune, will meet at Thermopolis on Monday April 13, at 3 o'clock. Record attendance from Casper and other towns of central and northern Wyoming is anticipated.

The objects of the meeting briefly stated are to discuss plans and organize for:

1. Promoting colonization and industrial development throughout Wyoming's Inland Empire.

2. To encourage the use and development of Wyoming's splendid system of highways for tourist travel.

3. The establishment of more efficient reciprocal trade relationship between the "Inland Empire" and other sections of the state.

This gathering will offer an unparalleled opportunity to bring out the best thought of the state upon these questions of such vital importance to the future welfare of the state and while it is confidently expected that each club receiving an invitation to attend will be represented by a goodly number of delegates, yet the meeting is general in character and it is hoped that all those feeling an interest in this movement will feel free to attend and take part in the deliberations of the meeting.

The program of the meeting will be divided into three sections:

Monday, 3 p. m., Liberty Club rooms. Temporary forum for general discussion, closing at 6 p. m.

Monday, 7 p. m. Dinner, Washakie Hotel.

Monday, 8 p. m. Continuing immediately after dinner the following subjects will be discussed in the order named: by competent men, expert in each particular line:

Colonization and Industrial Development of Wyoming's Inland Empire.

Promotion of Tourist Travel over Wyoming's system of highways.

Reciprocal trade relations between our Inland Empire and other sections of the state.

Tuesday, 9 a. m., Liberty Club rooms.

Reports of committees and permanent organization.

Final adjournment 12 o'clock noon.
