If resolutions read by members before the weekly meeting of Casper Rotary today are observed in 1926, revolutionary changes will take place here. Credit men will extend unlimited credit to their patrons and not attempt to collect for undelivered goods. Banks will reduce interest charges one half for borrowed money and not require collateral. Lawyers will reduce their fees to a point where the client will have at least enough left to buy a meal when fee has been paid, the churches will give their congregations more variety, the railroads will reduce freight rates and Western Union will use the telephone company wires for urgent business transfers.
Much fun was engendered in the meeting as a result of the reading of the resolutions, each member having prepared a "resolve" for the member preceding his name on the alphabetical roster.
J. C. Grissinger, superintendent of this division of the Burlington, was taken into the club today as a new member and Attorney A. E. Stirrett delivered a fitting message of admission.
The Obrecht sisters who are appearing in a special engagement at the Rex theater this week, entertained with several musical numbers and scored much applause. They are all accomplished artists and are much sought after as entertainers.
