We are told in an Article from Paris, dated July 31, That though the affair of the 16th is but of small Consequence, "as the Enemy (say they) must have lost as many men as we," yet that it has afforded them Matter for several Counsels, and in particular that one was held the Day before at Marly, wherein the Plan of M. Broglio's Operations, with the Conduct of certain Officers, to whom this General had sent his Orders, were minutely examined. It is added, that three of these Officers were on their Return to France under a strong Escort.
