SPIRITUAL DEFENSE
"IN JESUS' DAY"

During Jesus' time, the people were oppressed and exploited.
His country was in turmoil because political, economic, racial. and religious groups clashed.
Hatred and cruelty were rife.
Such conditions led to frustration, despair, and fear of somebody and something. Jesus opened the way to freedom by asking men to love God and man.
Each day, one should live as the object of the Father's affection and with His rule in the heart.

"For the love of God is broader
Than the treasures of man's mind,
And the heart of the Eternal
Is most wonderfully Kind."

"In His presence is fullness of joy."
