Clippings Sent Superintendent
Clippings telling of two recent accidents at grade crossings of the O. W. R. & N. in Pendleton have been sent to Superintendent J. P. O'Brien of the company, together with a new request for action on the request of the Pendleton Commercial Association for flagmen at these crossings. Action was promised several weeks ago but nothing has been seen here indicating it and the secretary of the association has backed up his requests with data showing the danger on crossings.
