LATEST FROM HAYTI.

In addition to the intelligence from Hayti, relative to the late conspiracy, furnished by Capt. Johnson of the brig Rover, arrived at Savannah, a few days ago, and republished in our paper, we learn from Captain Towne, of the brig Clarissa, at this port, that Colonels Cemetiere and Belzunce, and Captain Dominique, on whom, Captain Johnson reported Courts-Martial had been ordered, were tried on the 4th ult.—found guilty, and sentenced to death. They were accordingly shot on the 5th, with General Richard, whose execution has been already noticed. Capt. T. has favored us with a printed official report of the proceedings of the Courts Martial. Courts Martial held on Col. Perre Paul, and Lieut. Lamisere, had also convicted them; but in consequence of some circumstances, deemed of a palliating character in their offence, they were sentenced to hard labor for a term of years. Insisting upon their innocence, and in hope of acquittal, they petitioned for new trials, which were granted them; but the new Courts, however, less merciful than the old, sentenced them to death, and they were shot on the 12th ult.

Several persons implicated in the late attempt, were yet to undergo trials. It was reported when captain T. sailed, that government had received information relative to General Romaine, (a principal in the conspiracy) who had fled which warranted the expectation of his speedy apprehension.

President Boyer had abandoned his intended visit to Gonaives his presence not being requisite.

Captain T. brought despatches for the Hon. Secretary of State, from Mr. Weir, the agent lately sent to Hayti, by our Government.
