SHIPWRECK AND NARROW ESCAPE.—The schr. Belt, belonging to Worcester county, in this State, was capsized in the gulf stream off the coast of Florida, some time last December, while on a passage from New York home. The crew managed to get on her bottom, where they remained six days. They were then taken off by a ship bound to Liverpool—carried to that port, and from thence back to New York, and last week they arrived at home. Their friends had given up all idea of ever seeing them again, supposing that the schooner had gone down at sea, with all on board—Baltimore Sun.
