Emigrants for Liberia.

SAVANNAH, March 12.-A hundred or more of the negroes who are to migrate to Liberia are scattered along the river front, keeping eager watch for the coming of the ship Horsa, that is to carry them to Africa. There are now nearly three hundred here awaiting the steamship, according to the managers of the movement. Collector Beckwith will make a rigid inspection of the steamship, and if she does not conform with the provisions of the United States ship passenger laws he will refuse clearance papers.
