Full Text

Electors of New-Hampshire! --
The enemy is busily employed in the subversion of your dearest, your unalienable right, your liberty. Your want of exertion, your inactivity on a late occasion has given them a temporary triumph; and elated by this, they yet dare hope for more. Idle chimeras! deceptive dream! Their infernal arts are vain; --never will they shackle in chains (altho the links were made of gold) Freedom's favorite sons; never will they impose upon you a government of Kings, Princes or Nobles.
We expect, yea we know you will be up and doing; --you will retrieve the past; wipe off the stain upon the fair fame of this State; --you will humble and cause your enemies to bite the dust; in short you will one and all do your duty, and the approaching Election will prove a complete emancipation from delusion, and a return to correct principles; --it will prove that New-Hampshire is not the least among her sister States.
