From the London Courier, July 9.

Evasion of The Corn Laws.—A curious plan has been started at Paisley, to deprive the agricultural interest of the protecting benefit of the Corn Laws. It is, to form a national association to raise a fund for paying the duty on foreign grain, by collecting a penny a week from each family, thus holding out a bonus to the foreign grower to bring his grain to the English market, and by so doing create a glut of that commodity, and also a demand for the manufactures of the country. A public meeting is to be held to consider the subject.
