Board met pursuant to adjournment. Present full Board and the Clerk.
Reports of county officers received and ordered on Report Book.
Report of township officers received. Filed.
Petition of Andres Briswalter for refunding taxes. Referred to District Attorney, with a request that he report to the Board at the December meeting.
Resignation of J. D. Hall, Constable of Westminster Township. Accepted, and R. T. Harris appointed to fill vacancy.
Regular monthly bills audited and warrants ordered to be drawn on the appropriate funds.
On motion, the District Attorney was instructed to draw up an ordinance under Sec. 805g, P. C., establishing quarantine at the Port of Wilmington to prevent the introduction of infectious diseases.
Petition of County School Superintendent Hinton asking that money expended by him for the public benefit, be refunded. On motion, received and filed.
Adjourned until 10 A. M. to-morrow.
