Hon. S. R. Van Sant, former governor of Minnesota, gave this office a cheery call while motoring through in company with his son. Gov. Van Sant, an honored member of the G. A. R., retains the loyal sentiments which have always characterized his energetic activities. With a touch of his well-known enthusiasm he urged the force to get behind the Republican candidates in the coming campaign and boost for Hoover, a man of internationally recognized ability and fine standards of manhood. -Rush City Post.
