WASHINGTON, Jan. 31.—"Dandy Dude," General Pershing's famous jumper, three troops of United States cavalry and some of the greatest show horses in the national capital were performers in a moving picture film recently issued by the department of agriculture. "The Horse in Motion," showing an analysis of a horse's movements in different gaits.

The slow motion camera, making 128 pictures a second, was employed to enable horse owners and trainers to know just the proper movements in the different gaits, so that training of horses of various classes may be more scientific in the future.
