The Baltimore Patriot states that the vote on the Convention question, at the late elections in Pennsylvania, presents, in one respect, a curious result. It is said that although there is an aggregate majority of some 10,000 votes throughout the State, in favor of calling a Convention for altering the State Constitution, the counties which voted against the measure will have a majority of twelve in the House of Representatives. Here, then, is the dilemma. If the representatives of the counties that voted against the call of a Convention shall obey the will of the aggregate majority, they will thereby disobey the voice of their immediate constituents: If, on the other hand, they vote in accordance with the wishes of their constituents, they will defeat the will of the people of the entire State!
