They write from Lisbon, That Two important Affairs take up the present Attention of that Court; one is to regulate the Difficulties of the Ceremonial, which have subsisted with the Court of France ever since the Death of Mess. Montaguac, the late French Consul; and the other is the Accommodation with the Court of Spain, the Conclusion of which is every Moment expected, but is not yet absolutely completed, as was reported. The whole Affair is under the entire Direction of the British, French, and Dutch Ministers.
