Full Text
The case of Pickens County vs Anderson County for $1,462.80 for the erection of a line fence when the stock law first went into operation in the lower portion of this County, was heard by Judge Wallace at Anderson last week. The Judge decided that Anderson County was liable for the amount sued for. We do not know whether the attorneys for Anderson County will take the case to the Supreme Court or not, but in our opinion it will make very little difference for the claim is such a plain and equitable one we hardly think any Court would decide against it.
