BRUSSELS, May 8.—Our journals contain an article from Madrid, in which it is asserted, that general Junot and Bournonville had conferred with the Prince of Peace, and fixed upon the military dispositions and the districts in Spain, where camps will be formed, to consist of French and Spanish troops. One of them will be formed near Cadiz and another at Ferrol.—The plan is to keep continually a considerable body of troops in readiness for embarkation, as soon as opportunity suits for a naval expedition. This plan is connected with the dispositions made in Holland.
