Organization of the Legislature.

The House of Delegates was fully organized yesterday, by the election of the Hon. John P. Kennedy, of this city, as Speaker; Geo. G. Brewer, Esq., of Annapolis, chief Clerk; Elie Duvall Esq., of this city, reading clerk; Benjamin L. Gantt, Esq., of Anne Arundel, Sergeant-at-Arms; Wm. H. Marshall, Esq., of Worcester, Door-keeper, and John W. Rider, of Somerset, John Y. Jackson, of Dorchester, Joseph B. Smith, of St. Mary's, Saml. Rhinedollar, of Carroll, and T. Houston, of Frederick, Committee Clerks.

The Senate has retained all its old officers.
