The members of the Roanoke Machine Works Band are beginning to make preparations for the celebration of the twelfth anniversary of the organization. At a recent meeting a committee, composed of J. J. Keeley, John J. Sheehan, David Barry, S. E. Crap, J. Thompson and Charles Stiles, was appointed to make the arrangements and decide upon the character of the celebration. An informal discussion of the matter was had at a meeting of the band last night, and the report of the committee will be discussed at the next meeting.
