Full Text

Profit and Loss.—It was remarked this morning, by a wag, that Napoleon had taken so much time to get a king, as, by the delay, to lose a kingdom. For, he added, Bonaparte neglected his armies in Spain, till the Spaniards are grown invincible; and perhaps the storm that is gathering in the North, will compel him entirely to evacuate the Peninsula.
