We have devoted the greater part of this day's paper to a subject which occupies at this time the largest share of the public curiosity—the state of the Manufactory of arms.
On this subject we give the long Report of the committee of 21—and such extracts from the journals of the House of Delegates as will display the different resolutions which were offered on this subject—We have also published the first letter of the vindication of Major Clarke.—These papers have necessarily excluded several other topics which had invited our attention
