ARGUING THE RICKEY CASE

CARSON CITY, Oct. 8. The entire of yesterday in the supreme court of the state was consumed by Judge J. T. Peck arguing in the T. B. Rickey cases. The argument made by the counsel for Mr. Rickey was along the same lines as that in the district court, attacking the constitutionality of the act under which the indictments were returned.

The case will not be completed and submitted to the court for a period of several days according to the outlook at the present time. The attorneys for the state will begin argument today.
