MOLINEUX TRIAL.
New Panel Called to Secure the One Juror Required.
New York. Oct. 20.-A new panel of 150 talesmen has been called to secure the one man required to complete the jury for the trial of Roland B. Molineux. The afternoon's session was occupied with arguments as to the admissibility of the Barnett letters. The defense contending that the court of appeals had ruled out all the matters relating to the death of Henry G. Barnett. The prosecution contended that the letters could be used as a standard of comparison in handwriting. Justice Lambert will rule on the question before the trial commences. The case went over till Monday morning.
